What to Report
- Phishing, scams, malware, spam, impersonation, harassment, or illegal activity.
- Attempts to bypass KYC, identity checks, account recovery, account security, or platform anti-abuse systems.
- Account farming, fake signups, sale of verified accounts, credential abuse, or suspicious automation.
- Any OTPmail domain or address causing harm to your service or users.
How to Report
Email [email protected] with the OTPmail address or domain, timestamps with timezone, sender and recipient details if available, affected service, screenshots or logs, and a short description of the harm.
For law enforcement requests, include agency name, case number, official contact details, requested records, and legal process where required.
What We May Do
- Disable or quarantine affected domains.
- Block abusive patterns, senders, recipients, or traffic sources.
- Preserve relevant records when legally appropriate and technically available.
- Cooperate with hosting, DNS, CDN, email, security providers, and lawful requests.
Important Timing
Inboxes are short-lived. Reports are most useful when sent quickly and with exact addresses, timestamps, and evidence.
